Welcome to The Barstool Cowboy, the Travelin' Honky Tonk! Where is The Barstool Cowboy located? Anywhere you want it to be! We can take our Travelin' Honky Tonk and set it right in the middle of your event complete with professional recording artist, Chris Sparks, his back-up band, The Barstool Cowboys, neon lights, country music and cowboy hats.

But this isn't your grandpa's Honky Tonk! Chris Sparks may dress like George Strait and sing mainly traditional country; but, it's not a coincidence his last name is Sparks. His stage presence is more influenced by Elvis, Tom Jones, David Lee Roth, Jim Morrison and countless other rock heros. Sure you'll hear plenty of the old standard honky tonk swing songs and traditional country influenced by George Strait, Tracy Byrd, Clay Walker, Mark Chesnutt, Conway Twitty, etc. But, don't be surprised if he encores to Jimi Hendrix's 'Purple Haze', complete with a guitar solo behind his head. Every night, the encore is a tribute to one of Chris' non-country influences like Otis Redding, Jimi, Bon Jovi, The Doors, Van Halen, the Beatles, Led Zeppelin and many others.

But the excitement doesn't end with Chris. He's surrounding himself with the hottest musicians in the business who have to be able to swing from country to blues to rock and everything in the vacinity.

Out of a puff of blue smoke and the band's smoldering version of 'Foxey Lady' emerges The Barstool Cowgirls, country music's finest and classiest cowgirls to complete the show with background vocals and dance moves. Just like Chris, they are also available for promotions off-site or at the concert.
